Important: These terms contain a mandatory arbitration provision that requires the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions.

- Schedule orders for immediate or future delivery/pickup
- Create and manage an account with your preferences
- Save payment methods for faster checkout
- Track your order status in real-time
3. Ordering Process
3.1 Placing Orders
When you place an order through our services, you are making an offer to purchase food and beverages from Marco Pizza. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Errors in product description or pricing
- Issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
- Suspected fraudulent activity
3.2 Order Confirmation
Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund if payment has been processed.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide accurate pricing, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic conditions, and order volume.
5.3 Order Pickup
For pickup orders, we will notify you when your order is ready. Please pick up your order within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for the quality of food that is not picked up promptly after notification.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
6.1 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order without charge if we have not yet begun preparation. Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds will be issued at our discretion.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- We are unable to fulfill your order
- There is an error in your order that is our responsibility
- The food quality does not meet our standards
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content included on our services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Marco Pizza or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on our services is the exclusive property of Marco Pizza.
You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without our prior written consent. This includes "Marco Pizza," our logo, and any other marks used in connection with our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marco Pizza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any content obtained from our services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
In no event shall Marco Pizza's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Marco Pizza in the last six (6) months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

10. Changes to Terms
